Olympic Gold takes you on a journey through the ages of the Olympic Games; from their humble beginnings in ancient Greece, to the beginnings of the modern Olympics in Paris in the nineteenth century, to the spectacular event they are today.  Olympic Gold celebrates the stories of our athletes as they followed their dreams to compete in the worlds most exciting sporting event. Full of audience participation, physical comedy and humor, Olympic Gold is an entertaining and educational theatre experience.

To celebrate the international year of reading, Knockabout Theatre will be performing our show, Four Funny Folk Tales for 2012. Four Funny Folk Tales is a hum0rous collection of Brothers' Grimm folk tales to that explore themes of honesty, greed, responsibility, the granting of three wishes and the rewarding of good deeds. Stories include; The Golden Goose, Cinderella, Mrs Owl and The Fisherman and his wife. The performance incorporates story telling, physical comedy, slap stick to provide an entertaining and engaging show. Book now for Book week and Literacy week.
